Deedline is a productivity tool for real estate professionals. These terms keep expectations clear.

What Deedline is

Deedline helps you coordinate real estate transactions: reading inspection reports, tracking contract deadlines, drafting client updates, and organizing repair negotiations. It is a productivity tool, not a party to your transactions.

Not professional advice

Deedline does not provide legal, financial, or appraisal advice. AI-generated drafts (emails, repair requests, amendments) and AI repair-cost estimates are starting points you review before you use them, not professional quotes or guarantees. You are responsible for confirming your brokerage's and jurisdiction's required forms and disclosures.

Your account

Keep your login secure and use Deedline only for lawful real estate business. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for how you use what the tool produces. Your data is isolated to your account, and you can delete it at any time.

Billing

Deedline starts with a 14-day free trial, then continues at the plan price shown at signup. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged; after that it is month to month (or annual) and you can cancel whenever you like. Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.

Availability

We work to keep Deedline running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may improve the product and update these terms as it grows; material changes will be reflected here.

Ownership

Deedline is independently owned, with no private equity or outside investor with a stake in your data.
