Real estate runs on sensitive documents. Deedline is built so yours stay locked to you, never sold, and never shared for advertising. Here is exactly how.
Your data is yours
Deedline stores only what you enter to run your business: your clients, properties, inspection reports, contracts, calendar, and messages. Every bit of it is isolated to your account by row-level security enforced in the database, so no other user, and no outside company, can read it. We never sell your data or your clients' data, and we never share it for advertising or with data brokers.
How it is protected
Data is encrypted in transit and encrypted at rest. Uploaded documents and photos are kept in private storage tied to your account, reachable only through short-lived, unguessable links, never a public URL. Sign-in is passwordless magic-link by default, with an optional password and bot protection on the login page.
The services that help run Deedline
A few trusted providers process data strictly to deliver the product, never for their own purposes: our cloud database and hosting store your workspace; our AI provider reads uploaded reports and contracts only to extract findings and dates for you, and does not use them to train any model; Stripe handles payments, so card details never touch our servers; and our email provider delivers the messages you send. Public property facts come from third-party records (RentCast, FEMA) and are shown for reference, not as a guarantee.
Your clients' data
Shared report, addendum, and business-card links are protected by a private token. People you share them with can read that one item and leave messages; they can never see the rest of your account.
Your control
Your workspace is yours. Delete a client and its findings, links, questions, addenda, and photos are removed; delete your account and your data goes with it. For anything else, email us and we will help.
Independently owned
Deedline is independently owned. There is no private equity, venture capital, or outside investor with a stake in your data. We answer to the agents who use the tool, not to anyone else.
